To ensure we're able to maintain the highest level of availability and service, we ask that all orders are placed at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired pickup or delivery date. If availability allows, we can occasionally accept orders with a shorter lead-time - please contact us to discuss your requirements in person.
When is it too late for me to make changes or cancel my order?
We'll do everything we can to nail down all of the details with you when we accept your order, but we know life happens, and sometimes, things change unexpectedly. Should you need to change or cancel your order, we ask that you please contact us via phone or email at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the confirmed delivery or collection time and date. Any changes requested after the commencement of this 72 hour lock-out window CANNOT be accommodated and only a 50% refund will be issued (in the event of a cancellation).
Do you provide special themes or custom cake designs?
At Sweets in a Snap, we specialize in custom cakes and cookies, fresh pastries, and delicious scratch-made pies made to order. Our principal baker, TJ, lives to create the perfect sweet solution for every individual customer.
Use our online form to order special occasion themed cakes for a wedding, birthday, baby shower or gender reveal, or tell us about your custom cake dream and we’ll make it a reality!
To communicate any special requests, please be sure to note them in the comment box provided during online ordering or feel free to call us. We will accommodate any special requests as best as we can.
